Role Description
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist, with an emphasis on Google search, to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with deep SEM experience and prior success scaling advertising campaigns for B2B SAAS.
As the Webconnex Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our search advertising campaigns across all four products (TicketSpice, RegFox, GivingFuel, and RedPodium) to drive signup and revenue growth for our company.

You have a successful track record with a rich understanding of cross-channel advertising on platforms like Google, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, and TikTok.
You’re a natural learner, independent in your execution, with the ability to collaborate on cross-team initiatives to push our marketing initiatives through the finish line.
You’re exceptionally organized, sell-manageable, and laser-focused on achieving your outcomes. You also align your actions to help achieve broader company goals as well.
You take a first-principles approach to setting strategies and goals, while also exploring evolving best practices in a fast changing industry.
Responsibilities
Manage our Google, YouTube, Microsoft/Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit advertising accounts.
Expand our online reach, maximize conversions, and drive quality signups that produce revenue.
Setup campaigns, perform keyword research, optimize our bidding and budgets, optimize campaigns, and generate ad creatives and copy.
Collaborate with our in-house marketing team, graphic designer, and video editor to create and test ad copy and creative assets.
Leverage keyword research tools (I.e. Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, AdBeat, Ahrefs, SpyFu, etc.).
Set up conversion tracking for new campaigns to measure ROI via GTM and GA4.
Diagnose and fix issues with current conversion tracking setups.
Present progress reports with our team and executives via Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Tableau.
Leverage automation and AI (I.e. Google Smart Bidding, MS AI-Ads, etc.), and other third-party tools to streamline management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years running paid advertising campaigns, or experience directly managing at least $5 million in total advertising spend over your career.
Proven success in scaling advertising campaigns for B2B SaaS companies.
Exceptional proficiency in Google Search advertising, and experience with cross-channel advertising.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits
$70,000 - $85,000 annually. Opportunity for growth and bonuses.
