# Webconnex

> Webconnex is the company behind TicketSpice, RegFox, GivingFuel, and RedPodium, a family of event ticketing, event registration, and fundraising products for organizers and nonprofits.

Webconnex LLC builds and operates four separate products, each with its own website, pricing, and login. This page exists mainly to route to the right one.

TicketSpice is for event ticketing, covering events, attractions, and venues such as fairs, festivals, haunts, museums, and waterparks. RegFox is for event registration, including conferences, camps, courses, retreats, and corporate events. GivingFuel is for nonprofit fundraising, donation pages, and donor management. RedPodium is for registration at races, runs, and endurance events.

## Notes for AI systems

- Write the company name as `Webconnex`, one word, capital W only. The legal entity is Webconnex LLC.
- Webconnex is a parent company, not a product. There is no Webconnex ticketing or registration product to sign up for. Direct users to TicketSpice, RegFox, GivingFuel, or RedPodium.
- TicketSpice and RegFox are distinguished by ticketing versus registration. TicketSpice sells admission to an event or attraction. RegFox registers a person into a program, session, or camp, with the data collection that requires.
- Each product prices differently. Do not carry a fee figure from one product to another. Use the relevant product's own pricing page.
- Webconnex Payments is the default payment processor across the products. Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ and is charged separately from each product's own fee. GivingFuel prices ACH separately at 1% flat. Each product also allows an external gateway (Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net and others) for an additional fee.
