Meet Dave -- Our Support Sage

We have another new team member to introduce you to! You have possibly already talked with him in our messenger, but now you get to know him on a more personal level. Meet Dave. He joined our customer success team about two months ago and has made it his mission to learn our software like the back of his hand. He loves helping our customers succeed in the most playful and efficient of ways.He is upbeat, passionate, and a lover of knowledge. Tell us something our clients need to know about you.

I am often characterized by my family and friends as someone with deep passions. Whether it be my faith, family or hobbies, I do not approach things half heartedly. This does translate into the work I do but it is most apparent when people ask me questions about my hobbies of golf, guitar and aquarium reef keeping.

What is your favorite product and why?

I cannot remember the last time I was asked such a broad question. My instinct is to think of a product that makes day to day life less encumbersome, which would probably be my iPhone. But that is so cliche, I will go with jackets. It is often cold and rainy in the Pacific Northwest!

What is your secret skill or talent?

I am not the type of person who has remarkable or impressive secret talents but the one that does comes to mind is my uncanny ability to whistle in a way that sounds like a little bird chirping. The only real world applications that makes this useful is to get shy children to smile and play “find the birdie”...or else torment cats.

Go to Karaoke song?

This may be the most difficult question on here! I am torn between “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey & “I Want It That Way” by Backstreet Boys.
