What happens when the military wants to have fun with the citizens of California? They invite everyone to the military base for a day of fun, runs, and thrills. Truly an event to remember.The California Military Department, the agency which oversees all of California’s military branches, wanted to give back to Californians by throwing a party on one of their most beautiful (and exclusive) locations: Camp SLO in San Luis Obispo. The California Military Department tasked RaceSLO and RedPodium to help craft an event experience that would be unforgettable.The event was called California Warrior and boasted a trail run, ropes courses, bbqs, music, exhibits, and lots of photos with service men and women.
