While our core team and headquarters are in Sacramento, California, we welcome remote workers from all over the country.  

We've built a strong culture to foster valuable team relationships with both remote and California team members.

We host frequent trips during the year to bring the team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Costa Rica, Belize, and The Dominican Republic.

Role Description

The Demand Generation Coordinator will work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to nurture leads from the sales and marketing funnels.

Leveraging digital platforms and tools like webinars & demos, email campaigns, content creation, HubSpot, and in-person events, the Demand Generation Coordinator will deploy effective marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition for the TicketSpice & RegFox products.

Who You Are

An entrepreneurial systems builder with excellent writing skills and a desire to execute projects across various sales & marketing verticals. Knowledge of sales pipelines and strategies is a plus.

Team player, humble, problem solver, get stuff done type of person.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & grow online webinar opportunities for various industries, opportunities, and product launches.
  • Webinar launches include initial strategy, creation of registration landing pages, emails to customers, day of webinar execution including pitch deck management and day of technical assistance, post webinar email follow up, deal flow processes.
  • Create new email sequences & campaigns for a multitude of customer verticals across the sales & marketing funnels.
  • Work alongside outside agency partners to learn and train others in email tools, templates, and campaign execution.
  • Build resources, tips & tools, and lead generating resources for customers to drive acquisition and conversions.
  • Reimagine and deploy online product demo processes and associated nurture emails campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to help find pockets of new leads, industries, or opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing or sales experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative execution skills
  • Ability to build and maintain online systems & flows
  • Detail oriented and able to manage a project start to finish
  • Team player. Enables and promotes growth in the team.

Salary & Benefits

  • $50,000 - $70,000 annually. Opportunity for growth and bonuses.
