Location
This role is based at our headquarters in Downtown Sacramento, but we're open to remote for the right candidate.
But we can assure you, Sacramento won't be the only place you'll work.
We host frequent trips during the year to bring our whole team together for extended periods of face-to-face time to build deeper relationships. Some examples of trips include our domestic excursions to San Diego, Newport Beach, and Lake Tahoe. Along with international trips to Costa Rica, Mexico, and Belize.

What you'll be doing
Support Smooth Daily Operations
– Help manage our support inboxes and maintain timely, accurate communication.
– Support escalations, updates, and workflow organization.
Oversee Customer Journeys
– Participate in onboarding calls and ensure all follow-up steps are completed.
– Maintain customer information, track progress in HubSpot, and keep systems updated.
Maintain High-Quality Systems & Processes
– Keep saved responses, internal notes, and workflows current.
– Ensure support channel setups—like email forwarding, messaging channels, and workflows—are functioning correctly.
Collaborate & Improve
– Work closely with the Team Lead to refine processes as our team and customer needs evolve.
– Contribute to system updates, documentation improvements, and team-wide clarity.

$50,000–$52,000 annually

Schedule
Full-time | 40 hours/week | Tuesday–Saturday
Standard hours: 8 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM (Jan–Aug)
Peak season flexibility required (Sept–Dec | 5 AM - 9 PM PST)
Occasional evenings/weekends based on support needs
Eligible for overtime with approval
