Role Description

This role is heavily focused on awareness and engagement through analyzing conversations within the industry, competitors, and brand.

Though posting content regularly is important to us, we are seeking someone who is very passionate about creating a conversation that’s both engaging and impactful on social media.

If you have a knack for social listening and staying up-to-date with industry trends, and you resonate with Wendy’s spicy comebacks and conversation starters on social, this role is perfect for you.

This is a part-time contract role.

Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn - Creating and engaging in conversation - TicketSpice (TS) and RegFox (RF):
    + Organic social listening: using the platforms themselves to listen to and monitor our social media audiences by way of keyword searching, hashtags, comment sections. etc.

    + Third-party social listening: Utilize social listening tools to engage in LinkedIn conversations from a provided keyword list.

    + Tracking, gathering, and analyzing data from online conversations about the brand, niche, competitors and other related aspects of the industry.

    + Engage with posts on both TS and RF LinkedIn pages.
  • Instagram & LinkedIn Content Creation - TicketSpice and RegFox:
    + Develop and create content for the company pages on LinkedIn.

    + Post once a week on TS LinkedIn and once a week on RF LinkedIn.

    + Repurpose content from LinkedIn for Instagram, creating new captions.

    + Post repurposed content piece once a week on TS Instagram and once a week on RF Instagram

    + Craft one original Instagram post per week for both TS and RF

    + Engage with posts on both TS and RF LinkedIn pages

    + Engage with posts on both TS and RF Instagram pages

    + Utilize AgoraPulse for commenting, social listening, and reporting
  • Weekly Responsibilities:
    + Manage a total of 6 posts per week across all platforms

    + Engage with posts and foster a sense of community

    + Perform social listening to engage in conversations from a provided keyword list

    + Report on the performance of social media posts using AgoraPulse

    + One weekly meeting to review content, responsibilities, etc

    + Utilize AgoraPulse for commenting, social listening, and reporting.
  • Monthly Content Responsibilities:
    + 2-4 additional posts per month to factor in conferences/events content

Requirements

  • Knack for social listening + engaging online
  • Strong copywriting skills for crafting engaging and effective captions
  • Ability to learn and understand Webconnex products and follow brand language
  • Metrics reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
