Primary Role

You will help our team deliver well-defined, sophisticated, and impactful products to our customers by working with a cross-functional team of engineers, product owners, stakeholders, marketing teams, and customer support teams.

This role requires a decent understanding of software development, APIs, data structures, and complex systems. You will be bridging the gap between the product team’s objectives and the engineering team’s technical requirements so that projects get completed efficiently and timely.

You will be managing multiple technical projects at once with varying timelines and deliverables. You should be comfortable keeping teams focused and disciplined and exercising your authority to make decisions when needed.

Greatest Benefit To The Team:

You will help our teams work more efficiently and effectively together by setting projects up for success and managing them towards timely completion.

This will result in our customers receiving new features and functionalities that will advance their organizations. You will need to navigate a fast-moving and agile business environment while keeping projects on track and moving forward.

By working closely with C-level executives and other product leads you will help maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's near and far-term initiatives.

You will need to possess the ability to take simple ideas and align them with a complex system, while navigating trade-offs, external and internal dependencies and other priorities in order to create technical project plans.

Additionally, you will need to understand the product lifecycle – introduction, growth, maturity, and decline – which will help you maintain a successful product and adjust to phases of the life cycle.

Ultimately you will be the conduit between multiple teams that empowers great work to happen on time and on target.
